Margaret Parker Conners, R.N., C.E.O.
Meg has over thirty years of experience in geriatric care. She is a registered nurse, with vast knowledge about health care. She has also founded and run a number of health care-related companies, including a medicare-certified home health care agency, a nurses’ registry and several assisted living facilities. As a result, Meg has amassed an unparalleled range of first-hand knowledge on topics including insurance issues, the pros and cons of various living options, and other important issues often faced by the elderly and their families.
Having gravitated towards consulting work, Meg is able to focus on sharing her valuable perspective with concerned families, caregivers and other loved ones in order to raise the quality of life for elderly individuals.
Meg is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the American Society on Aging, the California Association for Health Services at Home, the California Association of Residential Care Homes, and the American Nurses Association.
Julie R. Conners, C.O.O.
Julie began her work in geriatric care as a case manager at a home health care agency nearly ten years ago. She subsequently served as a client care coordinator, facilitating the relationship between the client and caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, therapists and other professionals. Through these roles, Julie has a well-developed understanding of geriatric care issues and the needs of clients and their families.
Julie also is a licensed assisted-living administrator, with several years' experience running small care homes on the Monterey Peninsula. Julie's work with Conners Care Management enables her to combine her experience as a client advocate with her extensive, direct knowledge of the resources available in dealing with geriatric issues and challenges.
Julie is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the American Society on Aging, and the California Association of Residential Care Homes.
